We hold a waste carrier certificate from the Environment Agency, so what we take away is disposed of legally and responsibly. It's worth checking anyone you use is registered: you can be held responsible if your waste ends up fly-tipped.

Collections and man and van in East Grinstead

Not every job is a clearance. We also collect and deliver single items and small loads: a sofa that won't fit in the car, a wardrobe going to a family member, or a few pieces for a student room. Tell us what's going and we'll suggest the right vehicle and team. More about collections.

Clearing a family home

Clearing the home of someone you love is hard. We work at your pace: you set aside what the family is keeping, and we'll move it, store it or take it away as you decide. We'll talk you through the options before we start.

House clearance questions

How do you price a clearance?

By how much there is, how easy it is to get out, and what has to be disposed of. A rough list or a few photos help us give an accurate price. Quotes are free.

Can you clear a property and move some items at the same time?

Yes. As a removals company, we can take what's being kept to another home or into storage, and clear the rest.

Are you licensed to take waste away?

Yes. We hold a waste carrier certificate from the Environment Agency.
